As a design-build company, we specialize in steel, concrete, and composite structures. The company is supported by strong management, capable resources, and clear vision, planning, and strategy.

Ryan Aaron Sutanto
Ryan Aaron Sutanto has a civil engineering background and more than 10 years of construction experience. He earned a Master of Engineering from Oregon State University with a specialization in construction management.
His experience includes roles as designer, estimator, project manager, and senior BIM engineer for Building Automation Systems, electrical systems, and building cooling systems in California, United States.
Ryan specializes in construction management, Building Information Modeling, and Lean Construction. He is certified in occupational safety and as a LEED Green Associate, and is known for adaptability, punctuality, integrity, and professionalism.
His insight into mixed-use development planning and construction financing creates opportunities for the company to expand and compete. His broad private- and public-sector experience aligns with the company’s vision and mission to build a capable team and create new industry innovations.
Ryan is also active in organizations, applying the company’s values and contributing to the wider community.
